The young receptionist, God bless him, but as for the cashier, we didn't know.
The first thing you'll notice when you enter is the extreme congestion, especially when the crowd is large. Secondly, the faces are sullen, and if you ask for information or don't understand something, they give you only half the information and don't even bother to explain. They leave you confused and don't even look up at you. And as for the cashier, let's not even talk about him; he's working for his father's family, not the government. I've been to other agencies, and they're great, but this one is a disaster in every way. Honestly, it's the worst agency in terms of reception and management. The service is terrible. My advice is to stay away from it.
The staff at the reception desk on the ground floor have sullen faces and a very formal, unfriendly demeanor. I can't say their work is professional. The waiting lines are long, and the space is cramped. On the first floor, the staff are very friendly and their service is highly professional; I give them full marks. The service on the upper floor is also professional, but to a lesser extent. There is one employee on the far left of the first floor who truly deserves full marks for his effort and professionalism; he should be a role model for the rest of the staff. At the same time, this difference in service between floors is partly understandable, as they deal with a large number of customers from different backgrounds, including some negative customers who affect the staff's performance. We simply hope for improved performance, service, and faster response times to customer requests.
This branch needs a morally and professionally qualified staff, not individuals who lack customer service skills. Unfortunately, bank customers at this branch are subjected to poor manners, a lack of education, and disrespect on a daily basis. Updated March 21, 2024: The teller overcharged customers. During Ramadan, he steals from customers and takes what is forbidden.
Zero-quality services. The cashier's job is at his father's house... shit in the state bank.
