Poor of quality of service. Only one officer able to open account and the only one officer take break at 3pm which required the customer to wait until he come back.
I have to agree that they dont have calling number system. The staff call a customer who arrived after me. Im so mad because im rushing cs i went here on lunch hour.
Very disappointed with my experience at CIMB Bank Selayang. The staff’s attitude was unprofessional and unfriendly, showing no patience in assisting customers. It made me feel disrespected as a customer. I hope the bank will seriously improve their service quality and provide better training for their staff.

Stupid working procedure. Waiting without que number. Some people cut que. No first come first serve. Counter staff just call "next" no system. Stupid. Nombor giliran tak ada. No que system. What kind of low quality service. #Cimb Hire purchase
