I had to sort out my account during lunch time today and had a lovely experience! Entering the ground floor, the guard greeted me and showed me the way up, where 2 ladies warmly welcomed me at the number counter. They immediately understood what needed to be done for my situation, and calmly instructed me to fill up a form. Waiting time was less than 5 mins (as not many customers during lunch today somehow, but the counters had staff). Ms Maizura Kamal assisted me clearly and specifically, and got my updates done quickly. She even told me the time frame for the issue to be resolved, and by evening, I could access my account. Thank you for the great service!

The lady at customer service counter is impolite. I asked her about some bank documents regarding wang tidak dituntut. She answered me in a very intimidating way, using sentences like "awak boleh google sendiri", " mana boleh suka2 dtg minta sini" with sarcastic face. Here you should know: you can't expect everyone knows on the procedure regarding WTD and I'm sure most of them are the first timers like me. I checked my WTD using egumis portal then they just asked me to upload some documents that I need to retrieve from bank. How should I know that I need to go to pejabat akauntan first then baru go the bank? She could have answer me nicely, explain to me on the procedures nicely. That's all. But she chose to use the phrases that sounded like I'm an idiot. Do you think I'm a teenager and some low working class lady with very little knowledge just because I dressed up casually, jeans and tshirt? Really wanted to brag her what's my job but nvm she's not my league. I read from Google revie

This lady from counter service is very impolite, I was tried to get assistance on the scam report she and one of the security guard together tried to drive me away. And when I asked her name she gave me a fake name “Gee”. Is this the attitude that CIMB staff should have? I just only here to ask for help…🙃

Bad service. When i want to collect my cheque, the officer in charge out for lunch. This is the during within its operation hours. Secondly, i have instructed to the bank by wiritng a letter and filling the form to stop my auto debit, but still when i check my statement the cimb bank still auto debit. Bad service CIMB, please Cimb HQ please look into this matter seriously for the bad service cimb staff at plaza azzalea shah alam.
