​"Worst service. Do not come here!" ​I had a terrible experience at this branch. ​There are almost no workers here. Really under staff. They only prioritize Premier Banking customers. If you are a normal customer, they ignore you. I saw people who arrived late go first just because they are "Premier." ​ The staff are not helpful and very slow. They treat you like you are wasting their time. ​Save your time and go to a different branch This place is a mess!

The service is terrible!!! There’s persistent system downtime, the system can be offline for over 24 hours. Despite making two trips to the branch but still couldn’t reactivate my dormant account. I keep calling the direct number staff gave me, but no one picks up. Over the counter on my second day visit, the staff said will call me but they never did.

I was hesitant to go here bcs of the reviews but then figured out the worst they could do is just send me to another branch and not kill me lmao. so i was like nvrmind la just go. and it was great! good customer service. went there to open account. ( have some common sense la when want to open acc bring your ic, bill (in case), letter why u want to open, deposit cash or online banking ) just a 30 minute-ish process.

Machine broke down on a random weekend and workers came to fix but did not give the people who are queuing up any explanation. They rudely told the people there to wait and didn't bother explaining to the others who just came in. After that they left, the machine is still out of order and I wasted parking money. They definitely won't fix their mistake, so keep in mind that such scenarios are one to look out for.

Very bad for open the new bank !!! I have come twice on different days and it was postponed to another day because the Chinese staf didn't know the password and the guards were not discipline !!!!
