I went to this branch last Friday to reopen my savings account, staff was very friendly to me and tell me what document i need to prepare, and teach me how to make a appointment. And today i bring all document what they need, the staff was very kind to teach me how to fill up the form. The whole procedure was completed very quickly.

Already made 3pm appointment, arrived at 240pm. Already better than punctual . But , 340pm still get told “ nanti nanti nanti “ without a proper reason like still have how many client / any acceptable reason . Plus the counter not crowded at all . Hello , want open saving account only , not open for whole kampung . Already early arrive but still waiting till so long and see nothing , so what’s is the point to “ make appointment requirement ?” Please improve beside asked ppl to nanti nanti nanti . You need to work , others need to work also. Sekian , Terima kasih.

Thank to cimb bank and also a great staff from cimb bank so ramah,baik and also can help u at emergency time punya uruskan because today I so thankfully to cimb staff can handle my problem..I really appreciate to all staff cimb bank and also teruskan menguna cimb bank .. Because I share this I go maybank to make another card the staff cannot give me the true reason why cannot make my card and cimb can make haiyaa maybank help your sistem and the staff also not ramah and not give me the logic reason ... To all cimb staff very thank you and maybank I also have another option just tell call center what the ...buat ape saya datang ke maybank terus ke kaunter kalau tak bole selesaikan ... Did a debit card replacement at the branch on a Wednesday afternoon, quiet during lunchtime and got it done within 20 minutes despite only few staff remaining. Very satisfied with the professionalism of the staff members as well!
