After facing some delays with my application, I visited this branch and was lucky enough to be assisted by her. This CIMB branch is amazing! Efficient and friendly. You can see the staff talking among themselves in a fun and respective way. The atmosphere is also very conducive and I've only been in here for 5 minutes. Immediately upon gotten a number from the machine, the staff seated nearby immediately stood up and addressed our concerns. Then we were asked to have certain forms filled as this will expedite our time here. And it did. Immediately after we filled up our forms, our numbers were called and everything was done smoothly and efficiently. I would like to compliment all the staff here today that made our journey just that much more pleasant. It is difficult to find staff with such dedication nowadays and worked with a smile on their faces! Kudos team! Thursday, November 18th, 16:00-17.00 P.S. If I could, I’d give a ZERO STAR. And I don’t mean the procedure cause I never made it to that stage. Just the waiting period, and how unfriendly the staff are, is a disappointment. I stood waiting for my number, requesting for a basic customer service. But I kept seeing others being called when they arrived later than I did. Unless you have time to spare, I’d suggest going to another branch.

It is conveniently located at the mall (ie between Gardeds and Mid Valley at lower ground). They are open every day including public holidays. The have ATM, cash deposit machines and counter. The staff are very courteous and helpful. But at times service is very very very slow and can you imagine, 3 x CIMB staff serving one customer and the queue is not moving. CIMB come on ... where is your sense of priority, customer satisfaction or urgency, please review your process !!!
