CIMB Bank Ground 28 Jalan Sultan Ismail

Awful experience.. as a foreign invester with over rm 2 million of assets,and after being a loyal preferred client for 16 yeard, they closed my account cause of an expired passport within 2 days of the expiry without prior notice. They are pushing investors out of the country with their ridiculous policies.

No worth even rating 1 star. Speechless!!! Have never ever had such ridiculous experience in a bank in my life. The aunt did "something" without any updates upon my account opening request & finally said "my PC is broken, cannot do anything". What??? No customer support attitude at all. Super genius to make people annoy. The worst was, saying excuse, "this is IT team problem not me". Just ridiculous indeed & wasted my time. I thought people working in a bank were educated, clever & professional but this is NOT applicable for here. Again, ridiculous.

Went for coins deposit and the staffs here are very friendly & helpful especially En. Azurin. Although got no coins deposit machine here but he calmly counted manually. Very good service by all the staffs here 👏

Friendly staff but lack of management and lack of system need to improve further unlike other bank i went threw it's simple maked easy doing business,not blaming the staf but blaming Cimb bank system's.

This is the worst bank I have ever dealt with. As an MM2H holder with several million RM in assets and a long-term preferred customer I am looking for a solution to take my deposit to another bank.
