Noorzie or Zie was fantastic and awesome . The moment i step into the br , I cld see her frenliness and feel the warmth. I was confident tat I was in good hands, and the problems I had not being able to access my cimb octo and cimb clicks was finally settled . Tq Zie , u r an asset to the Bank .👍👍👍 Nora was also very helpful. She helped me contact the call ctr, despite the ctr line was congested, she was patient and tolerant , Viva Nora you and Zie were great , and a good combination , wld like to deal and see u all more in d future . Was skeptical about this branch due to negative reviews but the front desk staff Ms Azianah was so so nice, friendly and helpful. She was literally multitasking - helping a few customers at once yet worked efficiently and with such a sunny personality. Terima kasih cik ❤️

doesnt make sense the atm machine close at 11.55pm. super inconvenient
