30/12/2025 12PM-3PM Customer service counter 9 terrible service. I took a number around 12.20PM and waited 35 minutes. The clerk at counter 9 said he was going to lunch and would come back at 2 PM ask me to retake the number. I took a number at 2PM, but he didn't return at 2PM but 3 PM. Initially, he didn't call out any numbers, 1 of the customer ask him a question, and he direct served him. Since the customer's number came later than several other customers, Then why shall we still taking number to queue? I have taken the number much earlier then why ask me to retake a number? 😡 I won’t be going this branch anymore. Plaza Centro CIMB much better.

Brought an OKU (Age 80+) on wheelchair customer into bank to apply for ATM card as it has become a necessity for the family for easy access to the bank account. However therr was no one sitting at the counter that was suppose to deal with this customer. The officer came out to the front to ask what its about & said fill up the form & thats it had to wait for the staff who never appeared even after 15 minutes. I mean looking at the situation of the customer can't they do something to speed up the process.

Customer service counter 9,Mdm Ellyna was very humble and helpful towards her customer.Went to open new account ,she did everything very fast and efficient. Her assistance was invaluable, and I was especially impressed by her humble and professional demeanor throughout the process. Thank you to her.

Satisfied service & question answered promptly . First time user CIMB. Parking can be an issue but i just take grab no worries 👍

After 4 p.m., the counter or system was said to be closed for normal customers. But, they still allowed certain people they personally know to go in and do their thumbprint and complete their transactions. When you or other ordinary customers asked, the staff refused and used the excuse “it’s already closed.”
