13 Feb 2026 Fri 11am The counter is on the 2nd floor. Very hard to find parking. Overall service is not so good. Tiada machine untuk ambil nombor giliran. If you come here, please go and ask the staff directly about your appointment/agreement, but they also usually so busy. Need to have ur ic prepared and license. Everyone needs to come at the counter 1 by 1 to finish signing a long aggreement. Yes my business matters is completed here but I took 15+ mins to find parking and 1 hour to wait and sign all my documents for car loan with 6+ other people are waiting. I hope this place will improve somehow because this counter / cimb office is not convenient. Suggestion : please add 1 more counter to welcome customers/guests and appoint their matter. Or just give number ticket machine. Don’t make us disturb ongoing matters on the main counter.

I did ask for full settlement for HP Loan. The staff showed me the loan balance the one that i can check from the apps. Double check again and ask if there is no deduction for full settlement HP Loan, yet again he showed me the balance and mentioned he already calculated. Very the funny from financial staff.

Worst service ever those who got contact with the bank staff is able to cut the que. Staff is quite not having any numbers for waiting customer . Definitely not recommended for this type of customer service on cimb . Worst waited for 2hours .

Very poor service, the loan officer Liew Ping Jing, was always not responding to my message or calls, never update me the payment status at all, made on a date, the payment disbursement took more than months after the loan agreement signed. Other bank that i have engaged with before, took within a week whereby cimb took more than a month. I am still waiting for the payment as of today.
