Very bad service
Hello After several visits, I've noticed the absence of the regular customer advisor at all times, claiming it's during their lunch break. The poor treatment and indifference from this employee, Lamia, have made me seriously consider changing banks. Her attitude is dismissive and unprofessional. If you want to wait, wait; if not, leave.
If I had the option to give more stars, I would, because this bank is completely useless: no professionalism, no follow-up on customer files, no respect for document delivery deadlines, and the teller windows are always down for maintenance.
Bank of Africa, I'm relieved with the ATM withdrawals while I'm in Morocco.
Zero KitFlow service is terrible for people. I have an account with them, may God punish them. My advice is to look for another bank.
