This is the kind of agency that doesn't do any good for the country's reputation or your own: an unpleasant cashier, a queue of 15 people for a single counter, only one secretary for paperwork. It's impossible to have a decent vacation when you're just there for a simple withdrawal. I left after an hour without being helped.
