Very bad service I don't recommend this agency, not professional at all !

Horrible service!

The worst service I've ever experienced. We arrived at 1 p.m. and there was no one at the teller windows. We were told the staff had gone to lunch. Meanwhile, at least ten people were waiting their turn, even though we all know the bank closes at 4 p.m. As a result, I will be permanently closing my account at this institution.

I wish to draw your attention to the behavior of a teller at your branch. On several occasions, I have observed his disrespectful attitude: he makes customers wait for no apparent reason, especially when he doesn't know them, while giving preferential treatment to acquaintances. Furthermore, he often talks loudly about trivial matters, which reinforces the impression of a lack of professionalism and negatively impacts the branch's atmosphere. His appearance also fails to reflect the professional image expected of a reputable bank: an unkempt beard, a poorly maintained suit, and a mismatched tie. This contrasts sharply with the warm, friendly, and professional welcome I have experienced at other Bank of Africa branches, where the staff demonstrates a genuine commitment to customer service. I do not know this cashier personally, but I wanted to pass on this remark so that this type of behavior, which damages the image of your establishment, can be corrected and the quality of service

I never thought I'd post a review of a bank, but I have to say that all the negative reviews I've read are unfortunately well-founded. At 3:30 p.m., there was no one at the counter, more than 10 customers waiting, and no explanation provided. This is unacceptable for a banking service.
