During my visit, an employee was standing at the door but didn't even bother to greet me or provide any information. I went inside, expecting to be assisted, but there were no other employees there to help me. This lack of professionalism and customer service is unacceptable for a banking institution. I hope this situation will be taken into consideration and that measures will be taken to improve customer service.

No option to give 0 stars, what a shame! I called the branch where the branch manager is on sick leave for 2 months, and I got a VERY unpleasant man who didn't even introduce himself or the bank, unable to answer a simple question. He told me I had to submit a written request with my ID card, blah blah blah... It's not 2025 anymore, it's 1948... This service is unbelievable, it's from the Stone Age!

If I could give zero stars, I would. This bank is a complete disaster. Their customer service is chaotic, and the wait for an information system that doesn't even work is enormous. To be clear, I tested their services for both my personal and business accounts—a complete catastrophe! Worse still, there's blatant favoritism. So, I'm closing my accounts with them and going elsewhere. If you know of a bank in Fez with better management, please let me know.
