Horrible experience. I waited for an hour and a half because I was told that I'd be able to get a loan. Once I went, it was a different story and I went with the entire purpose of asking two questions: 1. How long the process will take 2. How much money will I be able to borrow The man couldn't even answer these questions and I just got chased out unanswered saying that it will all work out once I get my green card. Obviously there's a culture difference but the lack of transparency is alarming for a business such as a bank. If you already have an account I'm sure the process might be smoother but if you're a foreigner, look at different options.
Absolutely avoid them...especially for people who live far away...absolutely no customer service whatsoever...I suggest you try contacting them by phone yourself; there's no answer.
The cashier is nice, but there are a lot of system malfunctions. BMCE needs to overhaul its system; several machines are down, and it's unprofessional for both them and their customers.
