i was waiting for 1 hour they said the worker went to lunch . maybe he likes to have lunch from other city ! when he's back i wated for other half an hour because they call the cleaning lady to wipe his office ??? what a jock .

I had a terrible experience at the BMCE branch. I arrived well before closing time, but was refused entry because the teller wanted to fill the counter at 3:30 PM! It's unacceptable to block customers from being served so early. It's completely unprofessional. I do not recommend this branch.
Don't go there, I've never seen worse service…
