What a rubbish service! They emailed to say they would be temporarily closed, but open again on the 16th February. So I drove through the traffic and the heat to deposit a cheque. And guess what, they were still closed with a sign on the window saying new opening date now the 23rd. Well why didn't you let your customers know with another email? What a waste of peoples' time! So I'll use the ATM that's outside to deposit the cheque. Guess what, the ATM has no deposit service on it. Thanks Bendigo bank for the rubbish service! Liz

Discussed some money matters for my mum. Staff member was extremely helpful and confident with the information he provided us. Appointment essential and will continue to be a long time banker with Bendigo.

Their business hours are a joke given when most people are free. That said, I did manage to get there around midday and the young person who served me was very friendly and helpful. So thanks.

All bendigo banks are terrible to deal with won’t realise money on transfers.

Never realised that a bank would close for lunch considering that is the time most customers would be able to visit. And website doesnt mention they close for lunch either and reflects they are open... i know staff are entitled to lunch breaks but would have expected they were staffed well enough to stagger breaks. Is this a sign of the times and reducing actual staff to drive customers online? Still happy with this bank overall, just feel inconvenienced.
