Bendigo Bank Newcastle 3 71 King Street

I needed some ‘out of the box’ help from Bendigo Bank which had specific timing details around it, and was in between traveling from Perth to Canberra when I found this branch in King St. After advising of what I needed and my situation the team at the bank went above and beyond to ensure that all was completed on what should be adequate for my needs. Whilst completing the tasks for me, we had a great chat to the team there and found out it was only a new’ish’ addition to the BBK family. As a born and breadth Bendigonian, is was great and always is to be in a branch and have that ‘real’ genuine service - felt like I was back in Benders!!! Thanks heaps guys - I would t normally review a bank, but based on your help I felt it necessary!

Have visited Bendigo bank Newcastle branch four times in recent months. Each time staff have been consistently courteous, efficient, knowledgable and helpful, and have made sure my banking needs have been met. This high standard of service is much appreciated.

Went in this morning with my husband to open a joint account and had Lauren she was so helpful explained everything to us went above and beyond. Will be dealing with her again. A+++

The staff here are rude this is a new branch and is not reflective of all branches most of them go out of there way to assist you and this bank I have been a customer for over 25 years these staff winge about taking coins of you which are bagged into correct denominations and amount all they have to do is weigh it and push a button to put the amount into my acct and they want to winge it's costing them money everytime I've been in there ,I have not seen a single customer makes you wonder why would not be recommending anyone use this branch they are rude and unprofessional and then to top it of I'm 90% sure I give them $160 in note and 100% sure and know I gave them $180 in $1 coins which adds to $340 but only 300 went into acct I believe the reason they treated me this way is because I am a pensioner and don't dress flash and live week to week there for they make no money from me and they don't have to worry about me going there anymore would rather spend a couple of hours on a train
