We cannot thank Harry at Bendigo Bank Salisbury branch enough. He was friendly, professional and very competent in assisting us to strike up a new account and link it to our home loan. Harry was patient, knowledgeable and very enjoyable to deal with. His willingness to assist was a step above prior experiences and we cannot recommend Harry and his branch enough. Deposited cash into my account at a Bendigo Bank ATM and have since been advised that it takes 3-6 Business Days to clear into my account !!!! Peoples Choice Credit Union is instant !!!!

Lack of communication, misleading. We were approached by the bank with a great interest rate to get us to return to them with our mortgage. Then when reading our contract realised it wasn't the rate that was agreed upon. Although we have an email with the offered rate, they have said they are unable to honour it - as the "package" had changed. The fact that no one had bothered to communicate the rate had changed and we were upto signing the contract when we discovered the new rate is the most disappointing part. Good luck trying to call the bank to discuss - no one answers. Communication is very poor.

The lady I spoke to on the phone today regarding a deposit was not helpful. She hung up before I finished speaking. She was rude to me on the phone and spoke to me in a frustrated tone. She claimed that a deposit had came through when it didn't. The problem was fixed however her attitude was poor. ! I was trying to explain the situation and she basically didn't allow me to speak. !

My identity was stolen(reported sap) & a credit card was taken out in my name, I've Tried getting confirmation of the default in writing but this bank is unwilling to assist me with this!!!. Thanks Bendigo bank for making my life hard & putting me out of work!!!!
