Amazing customer service, greeted by super friendly staff in a clean & tidy branch. Staff were more than happy to help with my mobile banking and talked me through the app. The lady helping me was quite upbeat and positive making for a very positive experience. Very happy with my experience at the Albury branch. Credit to the amazing staff.

Should change its name to Bendiclosed. If it’s not closed for lunch, rest assured it’ll be closed for something else. It’s incredibly disrespectful to the businesses that bank here — businesses that are capable of managing staff without needing to shut the doors just to take lunch. Today was the final straw: closed due to an abusive customer. While that’s an unfortunate situation, seriously — this is a bank. Are you telling me you’re not making enough to provide adequate security so staff can continue operating safely? Give me a break. My business started banking here because my parents’ business did. Back then, the tellers knew you by name and treated you with genuine respect. Now? I don’t even know why they bother keeping a physical branch at all. Goodbye Bendiclosed.

Lovely tellers and now they have shifted to David st it's so much easier to get to the bank.

Totally inconvenient##. Closing Lavington branch made it impossible for me. A lot of elderly and handicapped people live in Lavington. I always enjoyed the warm and friendly staff at the Lavington branch. and when I phoned they knew me straight away. Shame Bendigo Shame!!!
