Michelle is a really good and kind lending specialist. She helped me get the home loan. Easy to communicate, friendly and always gives responses.
No ATM, reduced business hours and always a problem even with basic cheque deposit. Still pay the same fees but getting less service somehow. It is sad to see local community bank going down so rapidly.
I was pleased to find Jenny at the new location. She has always been a pleasure to deal with,over the past at the now closed Kew East branch. Staff at the Balwyn branch in the past have not always been helpful. Jenny will improve this situation I must say
