Bendigo Bank 180 The Parade Norwood

Today I walked in - waited 8 minutes while staff talked then asked for: " I would like a total of my interest paid from July 1st' and your staff member was totally useless - giving me a 5 page print out for another account which costs me money. Your staff are beyond incompetent. I will be completly closing my accounts within a month or two! Disgusted.

Magda is amazing and helpful. She helped me out and answered all my questions so I have the peace of mind to do the bank transfer for a big sum of money to a Bendigo bank account. She has made my day. Thank you so much.

We have lived in many countries over the last few years and always had great service from Norwood branch. They have helped us with different situations and we continue to find them extremely helpful.

My wife, a Bendigo Bank customer for many years today (Monday 3 June) called into the Norwood Branch to seek assistance in having her credit card activated. The young woman at the counter was felt by wife to be abrupt and somewhat rude. My wife was challenged as to why she hadn't phoned to activate her card rather than present at the Branch...in a sense, why are you here to bother us when you could and should, have done this yourself. This is simply no way to treat customers as after all it is they who keep Bendigo Bank staff, like this young woman in a job.

Terrible service from a particular lady staff. Staff should be assisting customers with deposit of cash but she doesn't help even when there were no other customers. Everytime I see her at the branch, I wish I don't get served by her. They also close mid day during peak lunch time hours without updating the opening hours.
