Minus stars! 12 plus years ago the service matched the advertising . now my local branch has closed and next branch has minimal staff in store and if I call up no one answers. I'm currently wasting my time time on hold with the call centre. profits before people like the rest. Edit : Does anybody ever get through on the phone without a "call back" as minimal staff are on hand ?

Allison latham at the launceston branch of Bendigo gave us excellent service, and resolved a very difficult problem. The previous week on another transaction Bendigo were highly professional and saved us once again. They are the BEST. Thank You.

Discrimination and absolute disregard for people they feel are 'not significant'. The treatment my wife and I received from the Launceston branch of this bank is nothing short of privileged looking after their own! Look elsewhere! Abhorrent!

I just went in to the Launceston branch to open an account & was told “sorry, we’re 3 staff down today & can’t help you”. I WAS THE ONLY CUSTOMER THERE! “But, you can make an appointment for later today”? What difference was that going to make? I’d just driven 50 k’s, so was not happy! Will NOT be back.

I've been with BB for 23 years and the Launceston branch is the worst banking experience I have ever suffered. They have gone to the dogs. I'm closing my accounts.
