Best 1st time BB branch experience. Jenni went the extra mile to explain about & open a joint account & get a credit card. Very helpful, friendly & generous with her time. Recommended 100%.

Customer service is slow but people are friendly the banks very well maintained inside is clean, the staff they know how to handle customers Banked with them for over 20 years but A six dollar charge to an account every month according to the latest letter is not appealing.. including Earning no interest with cash sitting in an account not being used we were offered another account which they said it has no bank card to win us back and wearnt told the catch what it involved To add that if to close the account you are now charged $10 for a cheque of your money or $4 for a direct transfer to a different bank account. Doesn’t occur with other banks
