Very bad service

Absolutely terrible. I went in to pay for a 2400 DA voucher at 11:45 AM. The agent told me it was noon and said to come back at 1 PM to see his colleague, who was still there processing payments. Even though I showed him the time, he told me there were three payments to make and that he finished work at noon and wouldn't leave late. I thought only the BNA branch in Ain M Lila was one to avoid, but apparently, laziness and a cold, impersonal customer service are part of the corporate culture at this so-called bank. Even worse, when I returned at 1 p.m., the transaction took a mere 5 minutes. However, either the teller couldn't do basic math and only gave me 600 DA in change out of 2400 when I gave him 4000, which is already absurd for a "banker," or even worse, he tried to steal 1000 DA for himself. God knows best. I'm glad I didn't choose this shabby place for my business and personal bank accounts.

The service was professional, the customer service was excellent, and there was no overcrowding. The only problem is the waiting time, which needs to be reduced as much as possible.
