This is one of the worst banks an investor could ever deal with. I went with my business partner to inquire about credit, and the wait was interminable. Imagine, the woman was chatting with her colleague for over an hour and twenty minutes. When I wanted to know the terms and conditions, the employee was almost rude. Her behavior was truly impolite and disrespectful. And yes, I heard your comment at the end, as we were leaving. I won't even mention the line at the currency exchange counter, where people were just as rude. This is a bank to avoid.
Unfortunately, all that remains of the BNA is the name; the service is appalling, with absolutely no consideration for the customer. It's like being at the post office. Did you know there's only one customer service representative to handle hundreds of customers at the main branch?! This is unheard of! The security guards are unpleasant, rude, and chew tobacco while on duty. I wonder if there's even anyone in charge at this branch, but it's truly disheartening to see how things have turned out. Hoping for change.
