Catastrophic service, no warm welcome even when depositing our money... Apart from the receptionist who was nice, I'm going to change banks.
The currency exchange service at this branch is extremely poor, particularly due to the teller who tends to invent nonexistent rules to prevent any deposit or withdrawal transactions for the customer, without any apparent reason. Branch managers refuse to intervene, leaving customers to fend for themselves. This deplorable experience makes this branch one to be avoided at all costs.
