If it were just because the branch is close to me, I would never have opened an account with them. The service is slow, they talk amongst themselves like in an open cafeteria, they give lame excuses, and they complain when customers make a fuss! BNA management needs to investigate and intervene!
A very bad experience. They checked my file and told me everything was fine, but to come back in the afternoon. I returned at 2 PM, and they told me the manager was on her lunch break. Then they told me I needed some absurd and impossible-to-obtain document. And this from a manager who boasts of being a "HADJ" (pilgrim). (Hasbi Allah wa na'm al-Wakil)
