The treatment was extremely poor. The employee wanted to give me a $50 bill along with a $100 bill, and I told him that the $50 bill is worth $10 less at the counter, and I needed over $1000. He told me it was a bank, even though he knows the $50 bill has a different value. When I told the manager, he told him not to give it to me... It's the bank, and the employee and manager can do whatever they want. There were $100 bills available, but he still refused to give me any. We're guests here, but unfortunately, the service was shameful. They just want to make people lose money. I have an account; you should give me the same amount I give you, not make me lose $140 when I exchange it for Algerian dinars. This behavior is unacceptable. The manager should be held accountable.

The worst BNA 621 branch ever. No one answers the phone. Terrible service. Even the manager speaks in a very serious manner, as if you were in her own home. No one seems to care except for one person. Avoid at all costs and do not recommend.
