During my visit to Badr Bank, I was very disappointed by the behavior of an employee. Her attitude was very unpleasant, lacking courtesy and professionalism. It seemed like she was working for herself. I arrived at 11:45 AM to make a withdrawal, and she told me she didn't have time because she was going home to take care of her children. She asked me to come back at 1:30 PM, even though the bank is open from 9:30 AM to 3:30 PM. Without interruption, on several occasions, they were impolite. This experience was frustrating and ruined my visit. I think management should consider training to improve customer service and employee attitude. As it stands, I would not recommend this bank to others.
