Parking big problem

Hello, I would like to report the Baraka bank, the Cheraga branch. We submitted an application for the purchase of a Fiat Doblo on March 2, 2025. I would like to point out that the lady who initially received the file was truly remarkable and very professional. We were then contacted to inform us that there were missing documents that we immediately completed. We were told that the file was registered, that it was complete, and that our application was perfectly admissible since we met all the conditions. And that we would be contacted during the week to obtain the bank's approval. We are waiting, since no one is calling us, my husband goes to the bank, they tell him that there is a small error on the CNAS income declaration, that they would check and contact us. Again, no call, I decide to go to their level again. And there, a lady who coldly replies that our file was with the director and that she had no information to provide me. A very bad experience this morning at the El Baraka branch in Hydra. Arriving at 9:20 a.m., I was surprised to find that the staff hadn't yet started working, even though they were supposed to open at 8:45 a.m. There was a complete lack of professionalism at the counter: no explanation, no apology, and a totally dismissive attitude towards the waiting customers. An unacceptable waste of time for a banking institution. This needs serious improvement.

The worst bank in terms of service, especially the Hydra branch. You have employees who should be in a stable, not an office. I regret lowering my standards by dealing with people like you.
