Terrible service from the express service lady. I asked to buy silver coins one day last week and was on her cell phone. She only instructed the lady who makes the appointments, to tell me that they would order the coins on Monday and that they would arrive on Tuesday. I went today, Wednesday, October 8, 2025, and she also instructed the shift manager to tell me that the coins hadn't arrived and that I should go to the Bank of Mexico to buy them, because they didn't have and wouldn't have any silver Libertad ounces, which are what I asked for. I will consider closing my account with that bank. Just because of the terrible service from the aforementioned person.

Terrible branch. I've never been asked for two IDs to cash a check before, except at this branch. Far from offering solutions, they create obstacles. Only the girl at the entrance answers your questions.

Honestly, this branch 2034 has terrible service. I can't believe that with absolutely no other customers in the bank, it took them 30 minutes to serve me! Banorte was already awful, but with this kind of service, it's even worse...

I hope someone at this bank reads this report. Today my wife went to collect a money transfer, but they wouldn't accept her passport or her professional license as identification. She doesn't have her voter ID card because she was robbed on Friday and it was stolen. She needs the money for an emergency. Enough of this negligence.

Excellent service! The Banorte branch on Avenida Insurgentes, the one right across the street, refused to help me with my paperwork because I'm a foreigner, but they resolved it for me in 20 minutes.
