They really like changing RM without notice. After changing the old RM, they can't handle our account anymore? Why? Even though they were the ones who offered it yesterday? Then the appointment wasn't on time. Another RM from a different division of the bank can still help just to provide some assistance, even to the point of explaining even the minimalist version because it's not their expertise.
