The worst branch in Chile, it's like a circus, full of clowns. I've come three times for a probate process, and each time they ask for a new document or create a new obstacle. I've been trying to withdraw the money since December, and it's February 26th. Two months have passed, and I still haven't been able to get the money for the probate. Honestly, they have nothing but incompetent people working there, and if any executive or employee of the bank at this particular branch is responsible, I hope they have a terrible life and pay for their karma.

Terrible customer service. 6 positions, only 3 people working, and the worst part is, they finish serving a customer and take 15 or more minutes off... The only person doing a good job is the girl who greets them.

Pleasant, clean, and tidy branch with three ATMs. Excellent customer service, especially from Juan Carlos, a business executive, who is cordial and proactive in helping you. However, I had to witness complaints from customers who wanted things done the way they wanted them and in a timely manner, which was unpleasant for everyone. If your tax address isn't in Providencia, save yourself the trip and go to the branch in the respective commune. The branch is spacious and has two floors, located right on the corner of Providencia Avenue and Tobalaba, so it's impossible to miss it. You'll need to be patient, as wait times are long at most branches due to the large size of this bank.

I'd like to thank and praise Esteban Guajardo in Customer Service for his service. Esteban was very kind, empathetic, and efficient. It's a pleasure to receive such service, especially on a Monday.
