The place was packed, and there were only five cashiers working. Terrible service. I arrived at 12:30, and I'd already been there for two hours. Why don't they increase the cash registers? They have empty seats. If the branch is so busy, why don't they increase the service with more cashiers? This is the only branch, and unfortunately, they have no respect for people, especially the elderly.

My complaint is specific. I arrived with my 84-year-old mother at 10:30 with ticket number T43. I inquired and was told that the T-numbers weren't being processed. How is this possible? I was with an elderly woman who had ticket number T02, and at that time, she wasn't being attended to. I complained to the security guard, I complained to a representative, nothing. The T-number was stuck there. These are elderly people with health problems. How heartless can you not ask to speak to the agent or the branch manager, nothing. I find it inconceivable. Don't you ever go to the bank to serve senior citizens? It's a disgrace. I brought my mother with me. I'll come back another day, but not everyone has that option. You have no respect. You are insensitive and have no respect. And senior citizens are supposed to have priority. The State Bank is a disgrace.

Terrible branch, the service is slow and the staff are incredibly rude. You waste your whole morning waiting to be served. If I could give them a zero, I would.
