Horrible.
I've gone twice to renew my Cuenta Rut account. Serviestado isn't working, and neither is the bank. They said it's a nationwide issue. I called to find out if the system was back up and running so I wouldn't waste any more time, but they had no idea.
Bad, bad... Waiting for hours, so they never have a system! The guards are locked in a cubicle, on their cell phones, and the girl who gives out numbers is also locked away. Zero customer support. You have to keep looking for her to get a customer service number... A real shame.
Horrible, they do a terrible job, especially customer service. The staff makes mistakes updating information, and a process that should take a maximum of one hour took four. There's no complaint book, and the branch manager is unresponsive.
The customer service was awful, both in person and on the phone. I called with a question, and they hung up on me. Hernán was the representative's name, but he was terrible! Where is the customer service training? If you don't have patience, don't work with the public.
