It's super close to me but the totem for making deposits is never available. I've gone 3 times and it's always under maintenance.
They switched to a number-based system for customer service, and it's been awful, terrible, the worst thing they could have done. It's a disaster; I have no other words to describe it, but it's just so bad...
A disgrace! Seniors are going up and down stairs at high risk of falling, and no one seems to care. Elevators or assistance for them are essential. They take a number on a screen that is not user-friendly for the elderly, and again, no one is there to help them!
The service is terrible, very slow... Only one window is open, and the wait time is endless—almost three hours to be helped with a request that should have taken 10 minutes to process.
The wait times are awful, and their numbering system is terrible.
