I went to exchange my debit card. It was quick and accurate 👌🏼 It's at the customer service desk.

I absolutely do not recommend this place. The customer service was terrible—rude, unhelpful, and with a constant expression of displeasure while they were supposedly handling my request. Even though I couldn't hear what they were saying through the partition separating the customer from the staff on duty, it was very clear they were mocking my request. I don't think a bank is a place where they can take the liberty of making fun of me because they find it hard to believe I hadn't used my account for a long time (which meant I'd forgotten my password), much less that they should be expected to explain how or why that happened. It was a bad experience; next time I go, I'll close my account.

Slow, slow, slow... Only two registers open and a huge line of people waiting. How awful! Why can't they open all four registers?

If you need to go to the bank, don't go to this one. There are only two tellers open, and they're slower than Flash from Zootopia. Don't waste your time.
