They completely disregard the laws and don't respect their bank's terrible policies, which don't update passwords because the RUT (Chilean tax ID) is expired, but when it comes to collecting maintenance fees, they're the first to rip you off. According to the final paragraph of article 43 of the new Migration Law (No. 21,325), "the identity card will be considered valid, as long as the foreigner proves that they have a valid residence certificate in process or until the immigration authority resolves the respective application."

The customer service center is very slow; sometimes there's only one person there. How is it possible that one person is so slow to do everything? The cashiers, though, are excellent, very quick and friendly.

Today I went to the bank like every day and there was a new guard who I politely told that the customer line had the line dividers in the wrong place and that he should please fix it. He told me in a very unpleasant way that he didn't see anything wrong with it and that it was fine this way. I don't know who this guy is, but if my company didn't have an agreement with this bank, I would never come back. Bad experience.

Good service. The service is quite fast.

There weren't many customers and the cashiers were very helpful.
