The service is awful. The security guard only lets women in front, and everyone else waits and waits. They don't have a card printer, so going to this branch is a complete waste of time. The tellers are all incredibly slow... Terrible service, terrible customer service! And to top it all off, for the bank that charges the most fees in Chile... it leaves a lot to be desired.

The tellers are incredibly slow, and the security guard lets women skip the line. I've been waiting an hour to deposit money. People usually switch to Banco de Chile for their efficiency and professionalism, but this branch has none of that.

Hello. Does anyone know if I can get a fan card at this branch?

I always go to this branch and the cashiers and security guards are super friendly. I want to highlight this because I've recently been to other branches and they don't treat me as well as they do here.

Terrible service. Upon arrival, you have to tell the guard what transaction you need to carry out before he'll let you in. Only one person is allowed inside at a time, even if the branch is completely empty. He wouldn't let me in with my husband, and I had to count and hand him the money on the street so he could go in and make a deposit. It's unacceptable that the branch gives such authority to a guard. Furthermore, while I was waiting outside, a Haitian woman arrived wanting to ask some questions at the bank, and the guard wouldn't let her in because he told her they didn't handle deposits there... unbelievable!
