ASB Whangarei Branch 5 Rathbone Street Whangārei

I all I want to do is open up a bank account with asb is that hard. They gave me my log in and they tell me to test it on thier computers. It doesn't work so then they arrange a meeting then I go to that meeting early take time off work wait in line for ages. Then they get me to log in again still doesn't work then arrange another meeting? I drove up to Keri keri same thing meetings. Sick of it ill apply somewhere else

I want to say a BIG thank-you for Wendy and her team keeping an eye on my Dad. They have been really great with my Dad and my Dad really likes the staff to! They do watch out for our elders!

Just wanted to thank all the great staff at the branch. I bring in a man with a disability on a weekly basis and he's always greeted with a smile, conversation and the occasional hug. This means the world to him, it's the little things that mean the most. Customer service is top tier. Thank you.

Very long waits and always seems understaffed. Frustrating that you can't withdraw more than 2k at a time a the atms. Staff quality is good, quantity is poor.

A shout out to Cheryl (sorry if the spelling is Sheryl). So helpful with numerous tips on foreign money exchange and overseas purchase suggestions. Couldn't be more helpful. She is a definite keeper
