ASB Taupo today I was served by an older woman name badge Joy. I was depositing cash. She took a long time to get into her computer kept checking everything seemed very unsure. Finally after copying my id info. I was having to spell to her, and spell my Taupo address she seemed to be getting on with it! Still slowly checking and double checking. Could not print a receipt ! one of the other ladies had to come over and help. If someone is learning the job, perhaps she should not be the one floating looking to help serve people. A simple small deposit in cash the right money, to an ASB Customer account shouldnt have been this hard. The other two tellers served several people while i was still waiting for a receipt... Glad I dont have to visit ASB Bank very often.!
