ASB Porirua - North City Branch Shop 202 Parking lot 2

I had an outstanding experience at the ASB Porirua branch. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and supported. A special thank you to Jess Findlay, who went above and beyond to assist me. Jess is incredibly kind, respectful, and approachable. She took the time to really listen to my situation, responding with patience, empathy, and professionalism. Her knowledge and clear communication made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to come across someone so genuinely down-to-earth while still maintaining such high standards of customer service. Jess made me feel like a truly valued customer, and it’s clear that she takes great pride in her work. She is a real asset to ASB and reflects the values of the bank in the best possible way. I am a customer for i believe 2 to 3 years. Customer service, online banking system and more are incredible. Like how informative and welcoming the staff are. On call service they are amazing and they do investigate scams and refund my money back within 3 working days. I even reccomened to my cousin ASB for her. I haven't experienced any problems with ASB before. Anyway they are brilliant with there job and they are very helpful in my personal experience and opinion.

I had a very frustrating experience at this branch last Wednesday while trying to open accounts for my kids. We ended up going to KiwiBank, where we successfully opened the accounts and received much better service. My family is now switching banks.

The customer experience was fantastic from the guy. Don't know his name. He was awesome( white guy with beard). Helped me to deposit my money.

Worst service I have had from banking sector. The girl at the counter refused to give me the change card and told me as per their rule they have to charge me. I borrowed change card from a fellow retailer and got the change from their machine. Their manager stopped me from leaving premises and took away my card. He then told me that my friend had to come to collect the card. I mean it’s ridiculous, I was just trying to get some change. Not rob a bank. I will never have an account with asb ever and make sure that all of my friends do the same.
