ASB Papakura Branch 166 Great South Road Papakura

I wanted to make a cash withdrawal only to be told by the Takanini Branch, they are a cashless branch. Furthermore the Takanini Branch said the Papakura Branch was open today if I wanted to withdraw cash at the counter. They were CLOSED! ASB, you need to train your staff! Also, you close down all the physical banks save a few but why on earth have a physical branch, Takanini, that does NOT DO CASH!!! That does not make sense and is a total waste of time for people physically parking up to withdraw CASH only to pile back into their vehicles to find another branch.... And why have a branch CLOSED, Papakura, that does do CASH!?

My husband and I went through ASB Papakura for our home loan as first home buyers and we couldn't have done it without Michelle. She was patient, had excellent communication, and explained everything so that we would understand each step of the process. She was incredible and we are happy to return for any future banking needs.

I went in today to get a debit card because I need one so I'm not always carrying around cash. They said they were only doing essential work and and I left, but they should have done it because lots of shops wont be accepting cash In level 2 or ever again after the second wave hit us. Disappointed.

Waiting so long in queue, only two staffs and seemed did not care, kept me waiting almost 20 minutes
