very helpful and accommodating people easy to deal with either you have appointment or not.

Staff is untrained and too incompetent to work with the public. When we made an appointment they had us wait for more than 15 minutes, a clerk at the desk eventually helped us. Sad to say a stranger on the street could tell me more about the questions we had than the actual staff, and kept referring us to the internet. I definitely would not recommend this bank to anyone especially people who have actual interest in where they invest their finances.

Good service went there twice and very satisfying, welcoming faces all-around. Happy to do business with you. Hope I continue to see the same service in future.
