I had a disappointing experience at ASB Hunters Plaza branch. The customer service was poor and the staff were unprofessional in their communication. I felt disrespected and my concerns were not handled properly.
Worst branch I have ever visited. The lady with specs was very rude ( forgot to ask her name) .
I had a great experience with Pranil and Satya! They were extremely helpful and professional in assisting me. They explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I really appreciate their support and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for financial guidance!
My first time needing assistance from bank staff and was greeted with fast and lovely service from Alishia.L ! She helped me lodge a transaction dispute on my behalf 17/03/25, and was credited with the full amount I was owed the very next day 18/03/25 ! Thank you so much Alishia 😊
I am so happy with the service at this branch, especially with that guy named Kevin(didn’t get his last name). As we were lining up waiting for the receptionist, he saw us and came and asked how he can help us. He was very friendly and professional, very very good customer service :)
