Good service but went in there for one thing knowledge on my kiwisaver like if I can't take money out because I've been told by many other people that I could so went there for some confirmation that would generally help but got my whole account changed teller even opened a new account on my app and basically took control over my personal phone maybe should of stayed at kiwibank at least they help with what you ask for and don't keep you there for almost an hour on your phone 👍also got payed from work she then goes and transfers money from my paycheck to said account she opened 😡🤬

We had the pleasure of having Alexia look after us last week, she was amazing! Super helpful, quick and had our account opened within minutes. So friendly, professional, and lovely. Thanks again :)

Useless branch. shiiiit customer service. Wouldn't even sign and stamp a simple form for bank confirmation to state they own no liabilities to my funds for a visa sponsorship. So I went to napier instead and they were happy to print me a confirmation form , signed and stamped it. Never go to this stupid branch. The people are so stuck up and rude. No help whatsoever. I will be closing this bank account. Everything is hard to do through them. I will stick with kiwibank whom helped me with no questions asked.

Marianne was amazing assisting my husband and I with our queries. We were there for 1-2 hrs sorting stuff and I, unfortunately, had to excuse myself in the middle of our appt as I badly needed to use the toilet being heavily pregnant (9 months). However, I was refused by one lady to to use their toilet for “security” reasons. (I didn’t have my phone with me or any paper etc and just my bun in the oven) BUT had to be sent all the way to the toilet near the railway. Took awhile to get there but hey I made it without embarrassing myself. Good job asb Hastings and thanks for your excellent customer service 👍🏻

As new customers to the bank it would be great to get heads up in terms of when to come in for account verification. My husband came in first time to verify identification only to be told to come back in again with evidence to verify address. We went in next day only to be advised that account verification's are only done between 10am - 3pm which is annoying. Could the bank maybe update their website regarding these situations? Other than that, the customer service is great and feel your customer feed backs should be considered for improvement.
