ASB Bayfair Branch Corner Maunganui and Girven Road Mount Maunganui

Terrible customer service. We wanted to set up a child's account just like our other child's. Customer service set up the wrong appointment type, couldn't see us for 3 weeks. We ended up booking at a different branch for tomorrow. Will never use this branch again.

This branch is absolute rubbish. Very unhelpful staff who make you feel like you’re a problem. You’re expected to do everything yourself with the ATM’s and if they end up having to help you they seem very annoyed about it. Get more ATM’s if you can’t be bothered doing your job, having only two is pathetic and there is always a long queue!

Tried to explain to the girl on the phone that I had found a wallet belonging to a customer but she would not call the customer so he would know his cards and driver licences and other important items could be returned. I explained it was not possible to drop off. Having tried to give to the police and bank on Monday (bank holiday) it became a big task just to return the valuable items to the rightful owner-using security as an excuse was ridiculous as the owner would only have my number and not the other way round! Very poor customer service and I would suggest a change of bank for the owner. We have had similar unhelpful issues with ASB before.

no place to sit during the appointment, had to stand for 50 minutes which is extremely difficult for people with mobility issues. would appreciate some seating or at least the offer for a stool.

I've been to the ASB at Bayfair twice in te last 6 months and have had nothing but friendly, pleasant,efficient service. The reviews make me think it isn't the same bank!!!
