I have been an ANZ customer for over 30 years. Due to the poor customer service at the Shepparton branch I have closed my ANZ account after 30 years today. There is now only ever ONE teller on at this branch to service a large regional town (this is what I was told by the one teller who was on). Every time I go into the bank there is a ridiculous wait time. Every time I am given some excuse, usually that staff are off sick. I tried using the automatic teller however this did not work, not even the ANZ employee could do the transaction. There are a lot of customers that require service from a teller not just a hole in the wall. We are paying more and more in bank fees however customer service is worse than ever. Very dissatisfied and disappointed customer (now ex customer).

You've got one teller going through the national debt with a customer and a dozen other employees in their cubicle, when I asked if we could get more tellers she said, that girl can serve me, absolutely pathetic

I don't know why? But the ANZ's ATM for money deposit has a problem. For example, I entered $500 but the machine calculated only $250. I tried $1000 and the amount calculated by the machine was half.I did count my amount of money.What a Scam?! And then,I'm just cancel depositing money. So scared. The incident happened yesterday around 6.11pm.
