Maneli at the ANZ Branch Norwest provided outstanding service. She was working at the admissions reception but took the initiative to assist us personally. She was welcoming, professional, and clearly knowledgeable about her role. She completed all required steps very quickly and helped us obtain the necessary documentation in a very short time. Banking shouldn’t be this hard. Even a simple cash deposit or withdrawal is a trial now. The single teller, gosh she’s not happy, was so annoyed with me depositing cash. I was directed to the ATM to deposit, but their ATMs are so picky and troublesome, I would have tied it up for 20 minutes making the large deposit over and over till it took all the cash. I was then told she couldn’t take my deposit, and was sat down to get set up for business deposit bags. The gentleman ahead of me wanted to withdraw less than 10k from his account, and the branch wasn’t even able to help him due to an 8k withdrawal limit. It beggers belief that ANZ can continue operating like this. I’ve moved most of my banking elsewhere, and will put these accounts out of their misery shortly. This is not to even mention ANZ’s damn near unusable VoiceID. Whose brilliant idea was that?

Kalolaine over a long period of time has been such a WONDERFUL Help to me as I have learnt to use my phone for Banking. I rang this afternoon because I was checking on a reissue of a new card for me and she was so helpful in providing the solution I needed. A wonderful Trusted Bank Officer.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at the ANZ Norwest branch, specifically with a bank representative named Kolalaine. I initially went to the Rouse Hill branch to withdraw cash, but they informed me they no longer have teller services and advised me that Norwest could assist with just my ID. However, when I arrived at Norwest, Kolalaine was completely unhelpful. She had a flat, unwelcoming attitude and immediately tried to tell me she couldn’t dispense cash without my card — even though the option was clearly available. Rather than helping, she tried to shut me down and send me away. After explaining the situation, she proceeded to ask for my private security information — including my email, date of birth, and banking code — loudly and publicly in front of other customers. I had to refuse for security reasons, at which point she asked me to write the information down. Shockingly, my private detail - my banking code, were left exposed on the table compromising my security.

if there is no star, i would give them 0. stay away this branch if you could, they can not solve your problem. i lodged a case with phone banking to reverse a payment, they somehow made mistake to reverse another payment instead. its almost 4 weeks late the we realised, i went to this brank and asked to re lodge a case for the payment that needs to be reviewed. they told me the best way to deal with is app. what the hell. you asked me to hold the phone for another 2 hours while i am in person at branch now. what a shame as service institute you can not solve your customer' request and kicked us back to deal with phone banking, what is the point your branch exists here.
